NexGen Welcomes Taylor Cook as Business Operations Generalist

[Forest, Virginia] - We’re excited to welcome Taylor Cook to NexGen Utility Sales as our new Business Operations Generalist!

Taylor is a proud graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne, where she earned her BS in Business Management after attending Jefferson Forest High School here in Virginia. Though she split time between Indiana and Virginia growing up, she now calls the Commonwealth home.

In her new role, Taylor will be supporting multiple functions across the company-learning the ropes in everything from operations to customer interactions. With her strong communication skills, quick learning ability, and talent for organization, Taylor is ready to wear many hats and thrive as part of the NexGen team.

When it comes to professional growth, Taylor is inspired by opportunities to learn and evolve within a company. She’s particularly drawn to the dynamic environment that a tight-knit team like NexGen offers, and she's eager to dive into the day-to-day and soak up all she can from her colleagues.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys a blend of cozy and adventurous hobbies-baking, reading, and spending time outdoors (when she can!). And while she humbly describes herself as "average," we think anyone who can juggle the challenges of a multi-faceted role and still make time for a good book and homemade baked goods is anything but boring.

Oh, and one more important member of Taylor’s household? Her beloved boxer mix pup-who we’re sure would win Employee of the Month if we let dogs in the office.
