[Forest, Virginia] — NexGen is thrilled to announce the addition of Josh Sztabor as our newest Territory Sales Manager.
With an extensive background in the electric utilities industry, Josh brings hands-on expertise and a proven track record to his new role. His interest in the electric utilities industry began young when he would attend Mass Electric/ National Grid family fun day with his uncle where he would get bucket rides with the linemen and try on rubber gloves and operate shotgun sticks. Based in Pennsylvania, Josh will focus on driving growth and fostering partnerships in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and parts of New York.
Josh’s career spans pivotal roles in the energy sector, including Field Service Operations Manager and Lineman positions (which cured his fear of heights) with industry leaders such as National Grid, Duke Energy, and S&C Electric. His deep understanding of field operations and customer needs uniquely equips him to provide tailored solutions that address the challenges faced by today’s utilities.
