However, we are “A Customer Service Company First”, that happens to offer each of our customers personalized engineering services to align them with our manufacturers’ products and services. We also specialize in identifying emerging technologies and bringing vetted solutions to our customers. Our customers include Investor-Owned Utilities (IOU’s), Municipals, Cooperatives, energy producers, project developers, contractors, and Renewable Developers.

About the Role

NexGen Utility Sales is seeing a Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving results and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, content creation, and campaign management. In addition to traditional marketing responsibilities, this role will involve providing support to the inside sales team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to customer engagement.

Objective

Essential Functions

  1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

    Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

    Manage digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

  2. Content Creation:

    Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.

    Collaborate with internal teams to gather product information and customer success stories.

  3. Campaign Management:

    Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.

  4. Support Inside Sales:

    Collaborate with the inside sales team to create marketing collateral that supports their efforts.

    Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.

    Provide back up support to inside sales on an as needed basis.

  5. Market Research:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

    Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
